Resync is in early access. Features may change and the service may be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you store. You keep all rights to your data. You give us only the permission needed to store it and serve it back to you.
Do not use Resync to break the law, store material you have no right to store, attack or overload the service, or try to reach other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Resync is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data.
You can stop using Resync and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
